The Duality of Man and Politics

A review of this content in its original format; a barely-intelligible Facebook post.

What if politics isn’t about people who want good outcomes vs. people who want bad outcomes, but instead everyone wants good outcomes but they also have different ideas as to what a “good outcome” even is? What if, even though we might disagree on how we get there, we want the same thing; positive outcomes for all.

Obviously some of those people are wrong about what would be considered a good outcome, and what would be a bad outcome. We have to create  outcomes which are actually good, while placating those who want what they think are good outcomes (but which are actually bad outcomes).
